One hour Fire Extinguisher Course
Syllabus Outline
The course includes:
- Explanation of the triangle of fire
- Identification and the use the different types of fire extinguishers
- Practice extinguishing a controlled fire with a fire extinguisher
Learning Outcomes
By the end of the programme the student will be able to:
- Explain the triangle of fire
- Correctly identify and know when to use the different types of extinguishers
- Use a fire extinguisher correctly and with confidence
Course duration
This course last for one hour and does not include a tea/coffee break. It is suitable for up to 12 students.
Final Test: No final test
Certification: Certificate of attendance
